Dedicated to my friends in far east, specially to my hosts in Hong Kong, where i will stay before the 70.3-race in Hainan / China for a short Training (Tapering Phasis) I would like to say thank you for organizing everything for me such as some Flights, Homestay, Bay-Swims, Pool, Tracks and Bike Routes...
